A real study in psychology.

It is a very good movie.
I love the opening scenes.

In leadership classes at my Airline they always show that movie, the moral of the story is as a leader you need to talk to your employees, find out what makes them tick, but not get emotionally envolved with them so when the day comes and they need to be hammered you can do it.

there was a TV series based on it starring Robert Stack
(who was a great trap shooter btw...)

I remember watching the series as an adolescent. Another from that era that everyone should watch was "Combat" with Vic Morrow.
