14.5" ML 308 Barrels

would love to a short barreled 308 like that but it's not the cards for me.
I like that Armalite 14.5 you linked but have to check if there are any issues with the Aero m5 receiver.
I wish BA did one
The barrel extension tunnel in the SR-25 and ArmaLite pattern rifles are the same, sans any manufacturing variances.
Same extension diameters and lengths to the extension flange.
As long as you match the bolt to the barrel extension and chamber, you’re fine.
ArmaLite has a superior BCG design with a sprung firing pin to prevent slam-fires.

I love my 14.5” jp barreled 308. Mid length gas, slr7 gas block, vmos carrier, with the silent captured spring.
...I would think by time you purchase the BA barrel then pay for the cutting....you could just order a custom length barrel from many of the barrel shops for about the same or lesser cost, and order it with the gas system you prefer as well...

Thing looks slick. Giving me a bit of buyers remorse on my 16” aero build.
12.5" SLR .308 w/ BA barrel & BCG, SLR Sentry 7 gas block, JP silent capture spring & Silencerco Chimera.
Set up with thermal and T1 angled at 30 degrees.
Only required minor tuning of the gas block for the suppressor w/ 168 and 175g SMK
SLRs fit and finish is excellent.
Gun is light and absolutely devastating to the pigs.
