If you're looking for an old action for a build I wouldn't bother.
If you want a pre freedom group 30-06, and can bore scope it to make sure it isn't a smooth bore then it's a decent deal. Also pull it out of the stock if they'll let you. I've seen some nasty rust underneath the stock since nobody seems to ever pull the action after they get wet.
