1975 Chilie surplus ammo 7.62

I am looking for info on this ammo. Headstand is NATO F 75. I was told brass may not be safe to shoot. Appreciate any helpful information.

What's wrong with Berdan primed if you're not going to reload? I've got a bunch of Malaysian L2A2 that's Berdan primed but shoots surprisingly good.

This is Berdan primed. I was told when they machined the base of the case they removed to much and weakened it.

He was talking about brass and I jumped to the conclusion he was going to reload it.
