2-Day Long Range Precision Rifle Class August 11 & 12, 2023
9 am sharp, day 1, students under the watchful eye of multiple instructors, will hone their rifle fundamentals, shoot tracking and tall target tests, measure/ range targets using their reticle, receive a custom computer printed drop chart, based upon each individual's specific rifle/ammunition, as well as 13 pages of class hand-outs. With our beautiful, new timber framed classroom, on the shooting line, students get a mix of shooting exercises and classroom teachings. Lunch will be provided. Students can expect to shoot up to 400 yards, with live fire ending at 5 pm. A hearty supper will be served @ 6pm, and students will return to the classroom @ 7:30-9pm for in-depth discussions on internal/external ballistics, cleaning, break in and more...Students can wind down with provided snacks over a pinewood bonfire, before turning in.
9am sharp, day 2, students will shoot a 100 yard warm-up drill, then proceed to 750 yard exercises. Shooting positions vary from prone, standing supported, tripods, and bench. We encourage students to bring their own tripods, etc...Day 2 is challenging with exercises that will include time constraints, varied distance/size targets, elevation/angles, etc... 5pm end time, with an after action classroom wrap up.
All meals and beverages are included, we are well known for some amazing wood-fired meals! Lodging in our new timber lodge is also included. This will help the students to minimize travel time and maximize training time, allowing a good nights sleep, as well as promoting interaction with other students.
Our Precision Rifle classes feature a max of (6) students. Every class we instruct is filmed and each student will receive a private link to the video about 3 weeks post class. We produce our videos in-house to provide students with a excellent training video, highlighting the class experience and maximizing what a student retains.
NOTE: Our private training facility has a strict NO ALCOHOL/DRUG on-site policy.
