9am sharp, day 1, students under the watchful eye of multiple instructors, will hone their rifle fundamentals, shoot tracking and tall target tests, measure and range targets using their reticle, receive a custom computer printed drop chart, based upon each individual's specific rifle/ammunition, as well as 13 pages of class hand-outs, and a dope book. Our beautiful, timber framed classroom, is on the shooting line, so students get a mix of shooting exercises and classroom teachings. A hearty lunch and beverages are provided. Students can expect to shoot up to 4oo yards, with live fire ending at 5 pm. An amazing wood-fired supper will be served @ 6pm and students will return to the classroom @ 7:30 pm-9 pm for in-depth discussions on internal/external ballistics, as well as other shooting related topics. Students will wind down the day's activities over a pine bonfire, complete with snacks, with a lights out no later than midnight policy.
Day 2, 8am sharp, students will enjoy a hearty breakfast. 9am, students will shoot a 100 yard warm-up drill, then proceed to the 750 yard exercises. Shooting positions vary from prone, standing supported, tripods and bench. We encourage students to bring their own tripods, etc...Day 2 is challenging, with exercises that will include time constraints, varied distance/size targets, and shooting from elevation/angles. Class ends at 4:30pm with an after action classroom wrap up, and swag giveaway.
All meals and beverages are INCLUDED, we are well known for some amazing wood-fired meals! Also included, students can stay on-site in our beautiful timber framed lodge, getting a comfortable nights sleep. On-site lodging helps the student maximize training time, and minimize travel time/costs, as well as promoting interaction with other students.
Our Precision Rifle Classes feature a max of (6) students. Every class we instruct is filmed, each student will receive a private link to the video 3-4 weeks post class. We produce our videos in-house to provide students with an excellent training video, with highlights of the event, maximizing what a student retains.
