Any dept that allows criminals to remain on the force is culpable for their behavior. When I first became a LEO, having more than 1 speeding ticket in the previous 10 years was disqualifying

Agencies are scraping the proverbial bottom, just to fill positions with shortage of people wanting to do that job.
Diversity-hires are a nightmare, within a nightmare. Men “white knighting” fast-tracked unqualified females is a whole other level of striking a match to petrol.

The Colorado female officer who put the handcuffed lady in the back of a cruiser on railroad tracks that was hit by a train, failed TWO psych. evals at two different agencies. She was hired by two different agencies in spite of this. She was rejected by at least one.

Nah, they passed that a while ago. They reached the bottom, kicked over the barrel and kept digging.
Yup. Had to be squeaky clean. My department also put me, and other candidates, through 3 different psych evaluations over the course of 7-8 hours in one day just to make sure you were being consistent with your answers.
I took the correction officer test a few years ago, failed by 2 points.
Work in a jail now as a non CO in the supply room. Had 2 CO’s down with a C battery asking me for 9 volt like this one.

Family/friends I’ve known in local law enforcement are saying they take anyone now because the departments are so desperate.
I’m in my mid 40’s and thought about taking the test again, definitely could use the money and they might be desperate enough to take me at this point.

So was he “accidentally” hired by 6 agencies or was he exactly whom they were looking for ?
