I know its a dumb question, but.. I have an AR10 at the gunsmiths and its going to be done in about 2 weeks and I need the finished length so I can order a hard case. Can somebody give me the lenght of an Armalite AR10 20" w/PRS stock? I know one or two of you guy's have one like this in your safe.

My SASS is 41", maybe figure 1" more if the butplate adjustment is run all the way out.

Get a full size case and be done w/ it. You can cut the foam for your mags and rifle specific items and if need be pull the cut out section and fit any other rifle.

I have my POF P-308 20" with a Magpul PRS installed in a Storm iM3200 case (their mid-size case with an internal length of 44"). It saves about 6.5" or so on total length versus the full-size rifle cases (iM3300) and it is large enough to accommodate a 20" barreled, scoped rifle fully assembled rifle, bipod, multiple 20-round LR-20 PMAGs, can, sling, accessories, etc. inside the case. I don't have any pics of mine, but it is plenty large enough without incurring the additional length and weight of the bigger cases like the iM3300 or the Pelican 1750.

I have an AR10T, 20" barrel with the Magpul PRS stock. It measures right at 40" with the stock extended about 1".

I will generally send the cardboard box with the case in this situation. You can unfold the cardboard and refold it inside out for added stealth
