There are so many people here on SH that are so unselfish and offer help any way they can. In the future I hope I can offer up some "good advise & info" to these newer than myself. I am still very much learning BTW.
In a gusty 12-18 mph wind this morning I practiced at 200 off the "Bench", with bipod and no rear rest. I got in some SM340 ammo, thanks to Berga, and my 64 MPR really seemed to like it at 200 YDS.
This target shows how well the ammo performed and how poorly I read the wind. The shot at the 1 o'clock in the 8 was already in the target before I started. I ran short on 200 yard targets, but didn't know it.
239 with 6-x"s
My goal is to get in two more range sessions before June is over and post a score of 240+.
I am looking at 300 yards next, but have no place to shoot that. Anyone here in "East Texas" have a good place to run 300 at??
Again thanks to all those you give advise and info.
