I'd like to thank Darrin and Travis first for letting us come on to their land and put up with 120+ people running up and down the road all day. Being a fellow WY land owner I know it's hard to trust people on your land that you make a living off of.

As Frank said , THANK THE SPONSORS. The generosity that they show is unbelievable. They make it so that even the new shooters will get a prize that is worth talking about . It is one of the few matches I have ever been to that the new guy and the not so snipery dude is rewarded for his or her efforts .

Just a note to let everyone know that if you haven't taken the time to send at least an email to the Sponsors of the SHC, you should.

I composed a letter and sent it to all of the above (some of the addresses were kicked back as incorrect BTW). Many of the Sponsors replied to my mail expressing their appreciation that I took the time to send them thanks. I was surprised to get a few that said they seldom receive ANY "thank you" mails after they sponsor a shoot.

These companies donate expensive things for the prize table and deserve the heartfelt thanks from the competitors, CD, Sniper's Hide etc...
Without their donations, the shoot would not be possible.

Some shooters would think they were starting at one side of a target array (missing perhaps the extreme most side target), then holler, "next one to the right" then shoot the next target left, repeating the sequence across the array, hollering right and moving left, or vice versa.

The excellent glass from Steiner made it possible for us to catch multiple targets in the FOV, so we could see where shooters were going... Big kudos to Steiner and all of the sponsors!

Amazing what a little time/movement stress can add to a stage! Great job by all shooters!

From us being on the sponsor end of it I will say this (and I've said this to a few people that have sent email's saying the Thank You's).

Out of all of the shooting sports I'm going to say the Tactical shooters give us more Thank You's than any other shooting sport. I would even go on a limb and say all the other shooting sports combined. We also get calls and emails/letters from shooters who shoot the Tactical matches saying Thanks and at the time don't shoot our barrel or have one of our barrels but hasn't put it on they're gun yet at all is also unheard of from other types of shooting matches.

Don't get me wrong we do get a call now and then or a email saying thanks but usually it's just from the match organizers at the other events. Really good customers and that are our regular customers do go out of they're way to call and say thanks etc....

Again I feel I'm speaking on behalf of everyone here and other businesses that donated money, goods etc....it's appreciated to hear the Thanks in one way or another!

Brain and Scott where at the match here from the shop and did RO duty (o.k. maybe they got roped into it) but all you guys that did talk to them etc...treated them well and said thanks to them! They appreciated that!

Saying Thanks to the people who ran/run the matches and set it up is huge a well and they don't always get the help they need! The amount of time they put into it and usually don't get paid for it. Saying thanks to the club or land owner for letting them use the facilities is huge as well!

So from all of us here to Bartlein I say, " Thanks back! And your Welcome!
