I've used Benchmark & H322 with the 40gr Bergers in my .20TAC AR with good results. Not a .204, but pretty close...

Not through an AR but I use BLC2 near max load and 450 primers also tried some H335 had good accuracy with max load but not as full of a case as the BLC2. Hope this helps some. The bergers are more accurate than vmax's in my rifle and do a good job on cirtters too!
