Hey all, this may not be so much sniper related, but I thought it was cool. A friend of a friend has this box of .22 ammo. I believe this was part of the 410/22 survival rifle kits from Vietnam. If this isn't right, id be happy to learn more!
I presume they are the brass crimped with bird shot.
I think was against the Geneva Convention back then to shoot Charlie with bird shot. So maybe that what the label in saying. Seems silly, but rules are rules.
But was OK back then to use bird shot on to shoot at people stealing your watermelons, or the neighbors dog going thru you garbage can. Simpler times they were.
