I am thinking about building a 22 Creed, or another 22 cal that has the capability to shoot 88-95gr at or around 2700-3000. Is this unrealistic? My only reasoning in using the creedmoor case is neck length and case capacity. Any thoughts or advice?

Barrel length is no constraint to me, I'll go however long I need to maximize velocity. What barrel length? I'm shooting a 26" 7-twist 223 AI and have gotten the 90 Sierras to 2896 FPS running 27.4 gr of 2000 MR, so unless you're going really short, I see your goals as achievable.
Just loaded a ladder for my 22BR. From what I have seen, 3050 fps or more is possible, depending on what kind of barrel life you want to have. I went with a 26" 1-7" Bartlein, Lapua brass, CCI 450 or Tula for primers, H4895, and the 88gr ELDM. If I can find a node at 3000 fps with H4895 I will be happy. BC is very close to a 6mm 105 Hybrid. Can't push the 95gr SMK fast enough to gain anything over the 88 ELDM.
The go to load with Varget is 28.8 at .020" off the lands.
I am running the 75gr ELDM at 3025 out of a .223 Tikka Varmint 1-8" with Nammo brass, H4895, and CCI450's. My next barrel will be a 1-7" so I can play with the 80 ELDM. It will be a 223 AI too.
I have a 26in 22-250AI, 7 twist. Very similar case capacity to a 22 creed. I shoot 90gr bergers at 3199fps and they shoot great. It will actually shoot them at right under 3400fps but I back them down for prs matches.
95gr sierras run about 3083 fps out of it but havent tried to run it up any higher. Both the bergers and the sierras have single digit sd's. Had first round hits at 1100 yards with them both. Bergers are 7.2 mil to 1100
