22 semi pistol

I'm looking for a 22 semi pistol to play around with at the range.
Possibly get a can for it as well.

GSG1911-22, Buckmark (these 2 are easiest for suppressor) or Ruger Mk II/III

+1 on the Buckmark.

Very, very accurate little pistol. Even with standard sights.
