223 A.I. Nosler RDF 70 gr + 8208 xbr load data

I'm looking for some information on loading Nosler's 70 gr RDF bullets a in 1-7 twist 223 A.I. 27" barrel at 2.470" COAL.

I have lots of 8208 xbr. Anyone have a good loads using this powder?

The standard load across many of the heavies for the .223 and XBR is 23.x grs...most usually end up around 23.4grs, but it varies based on the chambers and rifles' components....

@padom has done a metric shit ton of load development with XBR and .223 in the AR platform. Might want to search some of those threads for details..
 
I run 24.4gr Varget in my standard 223 with Berger 80.5. I am seating .010 off the lands and getting 2856 fps.

These have been loaded and fired about 5 times and the primer pockets are still with in specs and tight.

That is a very well known load.
For an AI case I’d start at 23 and go up from there.
