223 Dies

I'm about to pull the trigger on a set of dies for my AR. I am either going with a set of Redding or the Forster benchrest set. I have heard that the Forster full length die has the expander up high in the die so the case is supported more or better during the expanding part. What do you guys think?

Those are both fine dies BUT I use a Lee 3 die (collet, FL and seat) in my AR with excellent results for less $.

If you're talking about Redding's standard dies, the Forster set has a superior seater as well as the sizing die's higher expander location.
