Searched far and wide. They seem to have went poof! Found this though. If you're handy or know someone with some metal knowledge this might work.

I suppose you can hunt for a specialty tool.
Before such a tool existed, we used a tapered steel drift and wood mallet.
Couple of taps with the mallet and the problem was solved.
Still works, used my old Craftsman punch to fix my Shilen cone breech last month.
