Re: 22lr Twin

I like the new stock. So how does it feel compaired to the other two? Have you desided on a bullet for it yet? May shoot her sister tomorrow in the Choate stock with Jim and a kid going to the Army in July. We're giving him some pointers on shooting and telling been there done that stories. What mod's you doing to the bolt? Donald

Re: 22lr Twin

Love the A-5 stock so far, especially compared to the choate. the HTG, the barrel channel on this one is much better, and I figured why not have the same full as its full size sister. I took a few spacers out to make it the same. Much much better, trigger is adjusted the same now.

Bolt is getting cerakoted and a knob installed. The HTG just did not fit me like the A-5( I have one in a 308 and 260). I'm sticking with what I am used to. Now its just a matter of getting another USO scope, but I figure I got some time before I do that .

I just got a few bricks of of SK standard and rifle match, and so far, its right up there with the lapua. I think between that and wolf, I'm good to go.

I know you're thinking twins - but consider bobbing barrel to 16" and thread it for a 22 suppressor. </div></div>

I'd love to, but MN is a no go with the evil bad suppressor. I'd do it in a heart beat if I could !
