Range Report 243 twist rates????

Is there a good reference that covers what twists will shoot what bullets well for the 243???

i would like to be able to shoot the 105 Amax's as well as maybe the 107MK but also the 75grain v-max/amax. Will a 1:9 twist handle that?? Is there a twist that will?

I run a 1-8 in mine. It shoots 65-107 just fine.

I run a 1:8 twist for a 105 and you will need a 1:7.5 to go to 115 grain. Either will handle the 75 grain but you may need to back off a tad on load but usually not. My 8 twist handles the 75 v-max fine.
