270 WSM to 300 WSM?

Im not sure why but Norma 270wsm is 1/2 the price of Norma 300wsm. Is it a simple neck up?

I have been having pretty good luck with Winchester brass but its on its 7th loading and even after annealing im getting split necks.

I'm 99% sure all you need to do is neck up the 270 to 300.
