Gun Owners of America backed WY House Bill 0172 to repeal "gun free zones" AKA unarmed soft target zones, is up for voting in the WY Legislature this week. The bill had been introduced in 2022 but had faced repeated stalls from antigun leftist pols. In 2024, it reached the Governor's desk but was vetoed by Gov. Mark Gordon.

Also, in EVERY jurisdiction where teachers, pastors, sports coaches, and everyone else who are in charge of places with a high concentration of vulnerable targets like churches, retail centers, etc, are able to legally carry, please do so, let them know, and help them through the permit process if you can. If social media is an intel indicator, there are an awful lot of mentally deranged individuals making violent threats in response to the election and Trump's Inauguration. It is prudent to take these threats seriously and take measures to form as much protective barriers as possible around potential soft targets.
