Looking for a FFP MIL scope for hunting out west with a minimum magnification of 2x-3x and around 15x on the high end for practice at the range and longer shots. I’ve looked at the NX8 and Burris XTRs. Vortex has a bunch of options not sure which ones are worth it. I’m looking to stay around 1K with gov discounts. Durability is more of a concern than finding the clearest one. Am I missing any options from any other manufactures?

Maven and tract have 2.5-15 models that might be worth a look right in that price range, couldn't speak to durability but both likely LOW in Japan built
