Ordered a 3 Gun Gear Tactical Shmoochie. Tactical Shmooshie. Ordered on 2-24-2014 and my card was billed the first week of March. I still have not received it. I have emailed 3 times for order update and called numerous times with no answer and the voice mail is full. I'm starting to get concerned I will not see the product I paid for. If its back ordered Im fine with that but its been over a month. Anybody have a suggestion to contact them?

I ordered one from them on 3/15 to replace the one I had left at the range. Asked for an update via email last Friday. Didn't get a response so I sent a follow up email this week to cancel the order. Doesn't appear the transaction hit my card but I've been watching it just in case. Their website doesn't look like it's been updated since they left for SHOT in January. Ordered a Red Tac bag from Triad Monday that I actually like better and received it today.

Sad to say 3gungear is really crappy about service. It is pretty much a one man shop run after the owner Mark gets home from his day job. It is no excuse, but a reason.

Do not confuse 3gungear with 3gunstuff.com. Chris (3gunstuff) is a great dude and I have yet to hear a single complaint from anyone. 3gunstuff also supports the shooting community by donating lots of stuff to matches in addition to helping out as match staff.

Call your cc company and explain the product never showed and that the company has not responded to your numerous inquiries. A chargeback usually gets most merchants attention. I believe you have almost a year to dispute a charge also.

He was terrible with mine, but it eventually showed up. Lots of people are waiting.

Hoser turned me on to another vendor making a similar product, but I can't remember her name. Maybe he'll chime back in if he remembers.

It's unfortunate this guy is so hard to deal with. The product is great.

I am dealing with the same awful lack of customer service from this company. I ordered a tactical shmooshie for a match a month ago and STILL haven't received any shipping confirmation or anything. I have called the phone number probably 10 times and never had an answer, and I have sent multiple emails to both email addresses over the last month. After 3 weeks I sent an email requesting they cancel my order, and a couple days later, they charged my card. This company is unbelievable. Customer service is literally non existent. How long does it take to send a 30 second email with a quick update??

Anyway, buyer beware and don't send your money to these idiots.

This is what inside of it. I just pulled mine apart to pull some stuff out and just found a pillow like you buy at an airport for 5 bucks.
