Sorry cant help ya, never used that powder before.

Anyways, im sure if someone does chime in they will tell you to run a test to determine the max pressure of YOUR rifle.

RL-15 will work for the 155's

ETA: If Alliant doesn't have data, then try about 48gr under that 155 to start.

RL 17 and 19 will work for the 190's. Alliant's website lists data for the 190's I think but you can use starting loads for H4350 if you can't find data for it. Do not just use max loads for H4350, that's a bad idea.

RL19 and H4350 are similar burn speeds, starting data won't cause any troubles there with it. As per usual, work your loads up incrementally and watch for pressure signs.

For a 190gr bullet I'd suggest you start about 53-54gr of RL19 and work up in 0.4gr increments.

I have no experience with RL17 and the 190s so I can't give you any help there. My load for my rifle is 57.5gr of RL19 under a 178 Amax and 56.0gr under a 190 SMK. I've been shooting it a lot with a stiff load of RL22 under the 208 Amax for a while though, the RL19 just sits on my shelf.
