Divorced and downsizing, plus I’m way too heavy on 30 cal magnums. Up for grabs is a 28” AXMC barrel chambered and threaded by Hawk Hill using one of their blanks. It is a 9 twist with the larger tenon for the AXMC. It’s threaded 5/8x24, has a protector cap, comes with an APA Gen 2 little bastard and is cerakoted in graphite black.
Round count is exactly 200 rounds. However, I babied the shit out of it. First 150 rounds were break in, and not even close to normal power loads. Last 50 rounds were normally powered, but not even close to hot. Found a promising load sending a Berger 220 at 2950 using N565. Barrel has plenty of life left in it. Also included is 149 pieces of ADG brass 50 2x and 99 1x. They have all been cleaned, annealed, sized and trimmed. I will include my notes if you’d like. Barrel and brass is $800 TYD. If buyer only wants the barrel, we can likely work something out but I would prefer to sell as a set since all the fire forming is done. If the buyer wants extras, I have the following we can negotiate price on:
Redding F/L sizing die set with 200 rounds on it, Giraud case holder and AMP pilot. If buyer doesn’t want extras I’ll sell that stuff separately. Since rules are rules, $1,000 gets you everything you need to shoot 300 PRC in an AI.
