300 WM Fluted Barrel....Who can provide barrel and added work?

A buddy of mine wants to have a 300WM and is looking for a fluted barrel. Can anyone provide a link to whom on the market can do so? He's starting from scratch on a parts to build.

Why does he want a fluted barrel? Weight reduction? Does he plan to come into close contact with the barrel after firing many rounds?

All of my research shows that taking metal away from barrels increases harmonic vibrations, leading to greater potential for inaccuracy, particularly with the heavier rounds like the Win 300. I am by no means knocking down the concept, just want to broaden my own understanding.

They are very roughly listed in order of my favorite to less favorite. But everyone I've listed there, in the hands of a good riflesmith, will make a rock star. I'd call Krieger.
