I am working up a load for the .308 Winchester 147 gr. FMJBT. Using OCW with Varget, I'm getting some really wierd variations in nodes. I really want to emulate the current military load. This is going to be my bulk plinking and fun round, so its not real critical. I just want to see if anyone else has had interesting results. My rifle is a DPMS LR308 RECON (16" barrell w/AAC Blackout 7.62 SG Suppressor adapter/flash supressor)

If you want to "emulate" the Mil Spec round with Varget, run some over a chrono with your gun and load for the same velocity.

Velocity should be around 2800 fps.
