Ok, got the seater problem worked out and loaded up 3 rounds each of 9 different charge weights in .3 increments.

Perfect range day, 59F with wind less than 5 mph and half value at that. Shot the 9 loads round robin style at 9 different aimpoints with 2 min cooling between shots. Got groups of 1.165in down to .200in at 103 yards, average of all 9 groups was .6in. Again only 3 round groups though. Worst groups were lightest and heaviest loads. Went up to 46.4 grains, no pressure signs that I saw. I get cratering with all my primer strikes even factory loads, must have an oversized firing pin hole.
Per the OCW load development method I looked at consistent points of impact between adjacent charges in addition to group sizes - noticed that 44.8 of Varget and 45 looked to be very similar in POI and by some miracle were also the smallest groups so no seating depth adjustment required. Both groups were in the .2s, hoping to keep these at 1/2 MOA or less with 5 or 10 shot groups.
I did happen to have an extra 45 grain load and shot this over the chrony, it was for the single shot 2715fps. Obviously dont know what the ES or SD will be but had to be decent on the 3 round group. I will hunt with the 45 grain load and then do some better tests with that load later at longer range once I get a few more boxes of bullets in, only had one.
