I got the scope from a good member on the hide...(thanks again 7.62Texan and Lazy 21)

Weight is approx 16 lbs...

At that weight, and with the brake, it will be a great range stick with little felt recoil. The 1/10 twist barrels generally prefer the 168 grain pills and heavier. If you haven't picked up ammo yet I'd search for a deal on Federal Gold Medal Match 168 grain. Should be able to find it for around $20 a box before shipping. Don't feed that thing cheap ammo on the first outing or you may be dissapointed with the results.

Looks great! Let us know how it shoots. I just went with a 18" R.A.U.M. on my build. Kinda anxious to get it all put together myself.

Nice,

May consider a level indicator, angle cosine indicator, back up oron sights or mini red dot sight at 1030 or 130. I like the dr. optic on a mark burkett mount as the lightest package I could find.

Also front sling adaptor

of course all depending on what your game plan is.

So just got back from Angeles Range.

Sight in:

Centered erector and sighted in for 100 yds.... 6 rds to get a good repeatable sight in.

Functionality:

Gun functions perfectly.

Accuracy:

100 yd groups

5 rd groups under .4 inches 168 gn GMM 4mph 7 o'clock wind of bipod and rear bag.

600 yd ram silhouette 1st round hit
500 yd swingers 1st round hits

Gun is rather boring to shoot...lol
