As long as the diameter of the rod is not more than .25". Probably don't want to use the brushes down the bore since they'll be quite difficult to get through.

Good luck ramming a .308" brush in a .264" hole.

Intermediate sizes are possible but not every maker does them (check out boretech).

The rod for 308 oftentimes more like a 270 and up

I've got both the 30cal for my 300WM and the 22cal rod for my 6.5
The 30cal rod even without the brush will not fit.....

Thanks y’all I’ll buy a new one. I thought I remember hearing that some items for .308 and 6.5 creed can be used interchangeably. Guess not
