.308 gap crusader loads

I'm sure there are a lot of you guts shooting a very similiar rifle to my gap crusader, .308 22" 11.25 tw. I have quite a stock pile of rl and vihtavuori n500 series powder. I also have a bunch of 175 & 185 bergers. Any pet loads with the given ingredients? Please share any other successful loads. Thanks

Can't give you loads for the components you're looking at, but I shot 155 scenars .010 off the lands with 47.2gr of varget in a lapua case ignited by cci br-2s. Accuracy met their guarantee. Consistently 1/2MOA at 600yds even with my ass driving it.

Has worked very well for me, in my Crusader. To 1k yds. Your Mileage Might Vary. 155's have come VERY HIGHLY recommended, though I haven't been able to actually Get Any yet. It seems that they don't travel to Canada, often.

I have not used your ingredients, my load through my Crusader was:

Lapua Brass
Fed 210M Primer
Lapua 155 Scenar
45 gr. RL-15
2.8 OAL

Running 2875fps.

I feel guilty posting this cause I really don't have a Crusader. It's a full GAP custom with a surgeon 591 and a Mike Rock 5R, 24" 11.25. Close enough. I'm such an honesty wimp, I hate feeling like I'm cheating so there's the truth!

It depends on the distance you going to shoot as to what bullet you shoot scenars are great , but i think the varget is a better powder then re 15. It is more stable in different temps

44.5 Varget Win brass trimmed to 2.005 WLR 168 Hornady 168HPBT 2.820 OAL shoots 1/2 or under all day long.I know its not a 175 but it works for me.
