Rifle Scopes 30mm ring availability for old sako L579 ?

I have a Sako L579 rebarreled to 8 twist 243 AI. It's been a great coyote rifle... NOT fur friendly. The integral bases on the action are tapered, is anyone making 30 mm rings as I'd like to stretch its legs this winter without kentucky windage and holdover as I use up the remaining barrel life.

valdada.com sako pic rail. Check this web site. They make 1913 rail for old sakes. I have a sako 591 308. Found it, but did not buy.

I use Talley steels on Sakos. Valdada makes a 2 peice pic base, Leupold makes a Sako base that you can affix their rings to, Conetrol, Sako Optiloc is also an option but they are tough to get low enough, Era-Tac makes a one peice pic base for Sako as well also tough to get low enough.
