30mm scope rings with an elevated pica tinny rail

Does anyone know who builds these types of mounts...? Brownness has them for $25 but i refuse to put a $25 scope ring to hold my us optics sn-3. I would like too mount a Burris fast fire II on the from scope mount on top of the scope so that i can see over the erek turret on my us optics. It's a pretty tall knob. Larue doesn't have one.....anyone have any ideas?

Currently i am running a predator tactical mount at the back of my rail which out the reflex sight at the one o'clock position. The mount may be the best i have ever seen....has protective wings and is rock solid....nut the windage knob occluded a port of the small reticle on the reflex sight. Any thoughts o this fellas?

Badger makes a ring halve for their rings with a 45* rail.

I spoke with Matt himself, great guy. I ordered an predater tactical mount that offsets my burris sight at the 1 o'clock position......it's mounted at the rear of my weapon right beneath my us optics scope. I was a bit concerned that the windage knob would block the reticle or even the dot on the Burris but i lucked out and it seems to work fine. I've only laser foresighted both scopes so we will see how it does once final zero is set.
