A year ago I managed to swing a Barrett M99. I was holding out for a Nightforce 5.5-22, but a year later I realized that, being self-employed, in the construction industry, in this economy, I was going to have to compromise if I wanted to scope this thing within my budget. So, SWFA provided a 20X fixed SS that I could afford right now. I used BO rings, and it zeroed quite nicely. I dialed it in at 100 yds using Barrett M33, and was really impressed with two groups key-holing, one by me, and one by my buddy.
What I am wondering is, does anyone make a 30moa rail for a Barrett M99 that would extend the capability of this scope?
And just so all you veterans of this forum know, I searched for this answer for about 3 hours in the archives of this site before I was so bold as to post my question.
