finally got it done, tried to paint it to match the gap camo,
came close.
it is a lawton 8500, 29" benchmark fluted,
eley brake
jewell trigger
seekins dbm

Absolutely awesome. That is exactly what I am having built and it is almost done. Pictures like that makes the wait all that more difficult.

i am waiting on bullets for some hand loads and i also ordered some 250 grain lapua ammo to see how it shoots factory stuff.
i will post targets when i get everything.

i can report this,
i fired 2 test rounds yesterday, and it seems to recoil a little more than my 6.5X47

without the scope it weighed 12 pounds a few ounces

I have done other camo paint jobs with sponges to look like digital camo, this is the first time i have tried this kind of pattern, it was easier than i thought it would be.
next time i think it will way easier.
