No, these were hand loaded by me for the NF ELR match. I matched a Gunwerks load that they did for me earlier.
Ammo has been in my ammo storage locker for 2 years

Weight sorted brass and all were within .1 grain of each other
Cleaned, deburred flash hole
Annealed
(New brass - so not resized)
Trim and chamfered neck
Mandrelled necks for consistency
Primed
Autotrickler grain weights all within +/- .02 grains
Forester single stage bullet seating with Forester die

My light weight Gunwerks rifle shot a .6-.7 inch 5 shot groups
24" Proof carbon barrel
Seve Duty muzzle brake

I think a heavy rifle and barrel would shoot better than that.
