Almost every respondent is going to say the tbac 338 ultra. I have one, great can. Pretty much the benchmark for the class.

The CGS Hekate looks cool too, but its direct thread 3/4-24 only. Its little brother the Hyperion is awesome, so the Hekate ought to be good.

I run a SiCo Hybrid 46 with the Area 419 Sidewinder mounting system. Very little POI shift with or without the can. Shot it past a mile and it's been great.
I'm wondering about the Mirage ULR cans with the brake on the end though. I have a Barrett QDL can on a 416 Barrett and I really enjoy it, so that got me thinking. I know SiCo makes an endcap brake, but I feel like it may not be very useful. That's a hunch, not backed by any evidence.

The break will help with that said tho I have a sico hybrid and have shot it on my 338lm and it's loud AF. I have a big bore harvester 338 and a tbac 338 ultra and the tbac is substantially quieter than either...

How long is your barrel?
I'm at 29" and I don't find it loud with the Hybrid, and the tone is good, but I do double up hearing pro when I shoot.
I'm sure the TBAC is significantly better.
