i just purchased a sako trg in .338lm i am looking a couple good loads and advice on this gun any help will be apreciated i have been shooting 300 gr bullets in my 110 ba savage but i here the saka might not like 300s and likes 250s

Did you get the 1:12" twist, or the 1:10" twist?

I pretty much stick to the 250s with my older 1:12" TRG.

Unless you're trying to push one mile and out to 2k, the 250s at 2950-3000 fps will fly better in that <1600yds range.

I like H-4831sc, H-1000, VV-165 and VV-170 with the 250s.
