Hunting & Fishing 338lm subsonics for hunting.

Anyone have any hunting experience with 338lm subsonic ammo?
Corbon makes some nice 338lm subsonic ammo using 300 grain smk tips. But will they have enough energy to take out a boar or even a roe buck? I know they will kill in the end, but i am not looking for a round that will only put a hole in a live animal and eventually bleed an animal out to death after a 300m sprint of death.

I'm shooting 300gr XTP's out of a 44 mag. They kill the snot out of whitetails, pigs and other unwanted critters. 300 gr sub sonic is 300 gr I think. Mine has taken 14 or 15 whitetails plus pigs.

Trailboss and a good heavy hunting bullet (ie not a Scenar) should do well. Inside of 200m it delivers quite a lot of energy and is easy to shoot.
