Rifle Scopes 35mm, 36mm Scope Levels. Who wants some?

Hi everyone,

Larger tube diameters seem to be on the horizon, and I've had numerous requests for the two mentioned diameter scope levels notably for Leupold MK5 and ZComp optics. Testing interest a bit, who would be interested in a group buy of some extra nicely machined levels in the $55 range? These would follow the same design cue of my "Ultra Low-Profile" levels, hinge on one side with a protected, well placed vial on the other. One bolt to tighten, easy install etc.

Speaking of larger tubes, a product I would like to see is scope caps big enough for spotting scopes, I've got a 90mm and it's cap just slips on and will fall off if I'm not careful.

Hopefully your manufacturing would allow you to design once and then scale to fit common or oddball sizes.

It wouldn't exactly be scaling, because then everything scales up, for example a pin hole, or any hardware etc becomes scaled as well.

But, printing is way more economical than milling or molding for small production runs of those parts. Hardest thing in my mind is getting hold of spotters to ensure a perfect fit by testing. But then again most of their objectives should be a pretty plain round shape where you could design in a good tolerance for a press fit.

I just got one of your throw levers through Tract Optics along with a set of Tenabrex scope caps.

Those scope caps have an adjusting screw to tighten them on to the scope tube. You could do the same thing similar to the way you do the throw lever.

As for pin holes, if your print is dense enough, I would print a pilot hole and then open it up with a drill.

If you can make a business out of it, I would buy a few.

We can make it as dense as it needs to be. Although I'd still like to have a design for each cap. Can typically hold about a .003" tolerance or so with our printers and materials.

Sending some to anodization soon, got 35s done and 36s hopefully today, if not tomorrow. Thinking $59.99 on these, considerably less than comparable quality levels, and no need for anything articulating/adjustable...the vial is just in the right spot but doesn't stick out beyond knobs!
