$379.00 a good price for Annie 64 MS?

Been wanting a high end .22 and found a used Anshutz 64MS single shot for 379.00

Is this a good price? Shows signs of wear, bore is bright but since the rifling is so fine its hard to tell actual wear. Boltface looks good as does the chamber, no signs of excessive dry firing.

Any chance that you can shoot it before you buy? Some of these can be pricks about ejection. That said the price seems good. The single shots can be hard to sell because so many want the repeater. Never mind that most of the shooting with these is single shot loading. Regards
