Just wondering if anybody else has tried this and what kind of results you have had? Got lucking and was giving 326 pieces of 9x18 brass but don't load for it, but do load 380auto. Any insight would be appreciated!

the 9mm makarov is a bit wider (.366) than the .380 (.356) and thicker, too much trouble for such a little saving, not worth doing IMHO, that said, resize a couple and see if they chamber in your .380

9x19 is really easy to convert to 9X18
Resize once fired 9x19 in a 9x18 die> trim/deburr> bell with the 9x18 die> then load

I would assume its just the same except
Resize once fired 9x18 in .380 die> trim/deburr > bell with .380 die > then load

Try a few with a very light load and familiar powder, recover the brass and tell us about it

Well I ran the 9x18 brass through my 380 die trimed them and ran them through again. Loaded up a dummy cartridge and tested it to see if it would chamber right. Better to be safe than sorry. Everything was good to go so I loaded up some light rounds I will let you know how they work.
