Was wondering if anyone has any personal load data on the 390gr Hornady Atips for 375 cheytac. I have a couple boxes on the way and am new to 375 cheytac. I have a 10.5 twist barrel and hope Hornady is on the money with the recommended twist rate.

From what Data I have found from others, I am going to start with two different loads. The powder being used is Retumbo @ 123.0gr and 124.5gr. COAL with the Atips in 375Cheytac @ 4.322”. I purchased the rifle second hand, being told that it has very low round count. It is quite a short barrel for being chambered in 375CT @ 26” with a 10.5” twist.

How did these loads turn out? Interested to hear.

I ended up settling on 123gr of Retumbo with the Atips. Out of the 26" barrel I am getting 2850fps with great accuracy (that was with an Elite Iron Windtalker SD suppressor attached). I shot the rifle out to 1800yds with impacts on a 3moa target. Having a tough time getting more Retumbo so looking to possibly use something else in the future.

Hey Mr.MRAD, I'm having a 375CT built and starting to get my loading ducks in a row. Were you able to test any other loads with the 390 A tips?

for the 390s, there's a whole thread if you search

The magic is found seating 0.100" off, and using a very slow powder like H50BMG, RL50, maybe N570 if you don't care about barrel life and 20n29 if you don't care about temp sensitivity.

OK. Thank you. I thought this was the thread. I'll have a look. I have the H50 and N570 to get me started. I,m learning the case while loading for a friends new Cadex(1:10). My custom build(1:8) will be cut for the 400CE Lazers. Largest case prior is 300PRC.
    Appreciate your help and input.
