He did indeed on both counts - funny that 6 officers reported him for being on crime scene drunk , driving drunk , carrying a gun while drunk NOT one of them was willing to arrest him . And that’s why .

There are people who CAN be fired, and those who can take a shit in the break room, and get employee of the year.
