416 Hell Fire brass

That recently arrived in the US fails to chamber.
I'm running ten die sets that straighten it out nicely.
Only drawback is it's still Bertram.
You are correct its piss poor quality control but thats what happens when use use ww2 equipment. I bet they were all fat in the center like all his brass is from over annealing prior to forming shoulder and neck
 
Betram is hit and miss I’ve heard once you get prepped right it performs pretty well but that was only with 375 cheytac and still not Peterson
Well batch to batch pererson has had issues as well with cheytac and norma. Current cheytac headspacing is .015 short and web just above the .200 mark is way to small.
