As the title reads, has anyone done any reloads using pulled wc860? I know it’s 235 gr for m2 with a velocity of 2810 fps and 53k psi but I have some amax projectiles as well.

WC860 pull down is a bulk grade powder and must be adjusted on loading.
You will be able to use start data, but will have to do your own work-up to determine your batch's final levels.
In the past, we just used the H870 or AA8700 start data as suggested by the resellers.

I’m getting 40 pounds from pats supplies, with the varied burn rate would you recommend mixing the powder to achieve a more uniform burn rate?
It would sure make it a lot easier to load. I haven’t messed around with pull down powders and in the past I’ve relied on reloading simulators to help me develop safe loads using proper factory powder but I don’t think quickload would even have wc860 in the list of powders.
Do you have starting data for amax or do you mean starting data for h870/aa8700?
That means starting data from manuals showing H870 or AA8700.
I haven't run the Hornady bullet but would not hesitate to ask them if they have start data for their bullet.
Failing this, I would suggest being careful and use a Dacron filler if you download since ignition can become erratic with a low case fill.
In QL, we used H870 data to get rolling and went from there, but you will expect to see slower results till you get rolling with your batch.
I don't personally mix or blend powder batches. In my experience, the ES/SD of non-blended powder is better so I load at the range and adjust the recipe in real-time.
I’m not sure I’ll have the luxury of loading at the range unfortunately, I have a lot of projectiles too so I really would like to load up all the ammo I have over the course of a couple weeks or less. I doubt I will need more than that for the lifetime of the rifle. I’m mostly loading military projectiles but I have 240 amax’s.
I mostly have apis and m2 ap, those I’d just like to load and forget.
The m2 non ap and amax projectiles I will actually shoot but again, I’d like to load everything in one go.
With the power of 50 bmg I am a bit intimidated.

Yes, the 50 BMG is crossing over into different territory and demands care.
At 13 to 15k ft*lbs, it isn't your uncle's 30-06.
It’s not just the recoil, it’s that if there’s a catastrophic failure it will be like a pipe bomb going off in your face.
I have just started playing with pull down powder. I’m using the 750 A-Max, Hornady cases, 225 grs of WC872, loaded to 5.695”. I’m getting 2550 fps and right around a MOA. I know it’s a different pull down but it’ll at least give you a data point.

Found this in my notes. Should get you started. Please remember that WC860 is best used for the lighter range of 50BMG projo's. Be careful!
"Recommended start charges with either WC860 or IMR5010 with 647-650 grain bullets is 210 grains. 690-700 grain start at 205 and 750 grain start at 200 grains. You can work up in larger 3-5 grain increments. Surplus powders can vary in burn rate and require working up with each different lot number of powder. "

I was loading 205 grains of WC867 which is a surplus pull down power as well across 750s. This guidance and help came from a very reputable source of 50bmg info. USE ANY OF IT AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION
