Hi Guys, yesterday my friend and I wanted to shoot long range so we set up on a mountain top with a man size target 500 yards away across a valley . Our weapon of choice was the Maadi RPM (20 inch barrel) using iron sights. Wind was kind of strong at 15-20 mph. I was pleased to hit 3 out of 8 shots in the kill zone. Not the greatest but considering the winds, I had to aim about 3 feet to the left to compensate and using iron sights I was happy. My friend was spotting me so that helped put me on the target. One cool thing I never saw before was watching the wake of the bullet through the spotting scope! ULTRA COOL!
The hole at 3 o'clock is kind of hard to see. I actually hit the same hole at 6 o'clock that I taped over from when I took my first few practice shots. Had a great day! I'll be going back up the mountain to take a few more shots today since the wind seems to have died down, I'll post results!
