any body know if there is any other weapon system than the edm windrunner 96 that can support a 510 dtc round

Any .50BMG platform can as long as you can get a barrel chambered for the .510DTC.

Some outfits offer both .50bmg and .510dtc IIRC the shoulder angle and overall case length are the only difference between the bmg round and the dtc round.

Off the top of my head Bohica and Armalite would be a good start. I know in the past they have offered rifles chambered in .510dtc in the past.
