5r value?

A local guy is interested in buying my Remington 5r and wanted some help pricing. It has a Jewell trigger, badger ordnance base, bolt has been fluted, tactical bolt knob, muzzle was threaded and a Rad brake was installed. Round count is about 400

Guns are kind of like cars, your better off selling some of the accessories. You rarely get back what you put in. That being said i'm thinking $900-$1000.

Base 5r is around $1K. Figure you have ~$200.00 for the trigger, $150.00 for the base and another $500 or so for the smith work on the bolt, bolt handle and muzzle brake.

If you have targets that show it shoots 1/2 MOA you might get someone to pony up $1500.00 or more.
