Hey all,

I've gotten back into precision shooting after about 5 years. I have load data for my 6.5 CM using 140gr Berger Hybrid Targets on a 24" barrel, 41.7gr of H-4350 powder, Federal GM210M primers, and 2.220" CBTO. But all this was developed over 5 years ago, and I will need a new barrel relatively soon. I get 2722 fps with around 5 standard deviation and about 1/2 MOA group sizes.

Can you all please walk me through how to develop powder weight and seating depth again? I sort of recall my process, but would appreciate the input especially if there are any tips to transitioning a load to a new barrel.

Thanks.

Nothing complicated. Just drop the powder charge some and if the same chamber as in the barrel you have now then use the same OAL you are using to start.
